MISSION: The mission of the Laramie County DUI Victim Impact Panel Council is to increase awareness of the tragic consequences of driving under the influence through: victim impact panels presented to schools, driver education classes, community organizations, and the general public, including those ordered to attend by the Court; public service announcements; and support of organizations and individuals whose goal is to prevent driving under the influence.

VISION: Our goal is to eradicate the offense of driving under the influence and all the harm that comes from such an act.
